14-day return policy
We hope you enjoy every purchase, but if you change your mind about something, we also offer you to return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. This means that you have a total of 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide whether you want to return an item.

Eligiblility
To be eligible for a return,
- The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, or altered, Sinnéa Studio has the right to make a deduction from your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Please always treat the products with care
- The return must include all items from the original order (complete order) or the specific item the customer wishes to return
- All original tags must remain attached to the product. Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed or are not attached. If a returned item is received without its original tags, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to deduction where permitted by law.
Return shipping
For returns from within Sweden, we will provide a prepaid, trackable return label once your return request has been approved. A return shipping fee of 62 SEK, including VAT, will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from outside Sweden, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a trackable service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept return of earrings.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract, which means you may cancel all or part of your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless a statutory exception applies.
Our return policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.
